Thanks Aldnonymous for your consideration. I believe that it is merely only a misunderstood between me and this partially active community. My request is just for task of maintenace because of the excessive vandalism on this wiki. But good it is not a problem because it is not inconvenienced in anything. I always do my work and I already report it to the stewards. As you are familiar to this wiki, I am going to confide you it, in more you are a GS what should facilitate the things. This was coming from words "ayomi"(guide) "mengayomi"(guiding) and "pengayom"(people who guide) and "urus"(manage) "pengurus"(manager/administrator-people who manage others) (see w:id:Wikipedia:Pengurus), this is the ideology of many Indonesian Adminship (when I go through my RfA on id.wp it was long, and people keep asking me about how will I interract with community as they saw my home wiki is en.wp), but I manage to made them trust me and erase all doubts after I met with 1 of id.wp Administrator and go give opinion and teach the community(mostly new users), eventually I manage to get elected on id.wp RFA after 1 and half month long process (RfA in id.wp is only once a year). All of this came from Indonesian culture that have culture "abangan" means seniors guide the juniors, how can you guide new users if you can't speak local language? Indonesian project can not accept unsatisfying rationale such as "vandalism, spam and test edit removal" my competitor "Relly Komaruzaman" is seasoned crosswiki editor who hunt vandals and spam, but he failed the id.wp RfA just because He never communicate with the community see his talk page, he always blanked it and quickly archive the conversation without actually giving real reply.
