I have contact with Si Gam Acèh but I don't believe he's willing to help this Wikipedia to grow anymore... community will be the one to decide. I made this request because I want ''permanent'' flag or no flag at all. ::::For what it's worth, Hercule, I don't think the existence of global sysops is a reason to object giving someone the rights to do anti-vandalism and cleanup work locally. After all, global rights are only supposed to be used in clear-cut cases and emergencies and things should be left to local admins when possible.
