As far as I know, each Wikipedia has its own policy. So, if English Wikipedia permits Prophet [[Muhammad]] depiction, Indonesian Wikipedian doesn't permit it. So how do you think, if someone puts Prophet Muhammad's picture in this Wikipedia, should we let it? :I think that this is not in the Wikimedia philosophy. All Aceh people are not muslim, I think, and an encyclopedy shouldn't take the persons religion. For christians, long time ago the Earth was flat, and saying something else was heresy ;-)

About the policy to prohibit contents that violate Islamic law, that is not my own policy. We have discussed about it.
