:: You can develop a local policy and remove all Muhammad images from ace.wiki, if there is consensus for such a policy and it doesn't contradict NPOV. "Wikipedia is not censored" is not a core principle of Wikipedia, but it may be difficult to avoid it while still respecting NPOV. For instance, it's simply impossible that "All Acehnese people are muslim"; if the local law actually oblige you to remove those images, as long as respecting the local law doesn't contradict Wikipedia's principles you can implement a policy to respect local law given that even if Wikimedia projects are by language users must be permitted to respect the law of the country they live in; but you said that sharia implementation is still in progress.
